• Q: How long does it take to get access to proxies?

    • A: Your account should be active up to 15 minutes (30 minutes for exclusive) after you pay. If it's not please contact the support (don't forget to tell us your login).

  • Q: What proxy should i choose: shared or exclusive?

    • A: If you are not sure then shared is most likely the good choice. Take exclusive only if you need your proxy IP dedicated (not shared with other users).

  • Q: Turns out i can't use your proxies because my software does not support it (or any other reason). Will you refund my payment?

    • A: We will refund your payment in full. Just tell us you need a refund in the first few days after opening your account.

  • Q: How fast are your proxies?

    • A: They are pretty fast. We don't cap your bandwidth (apart from monthly limit) but speed may vary depending on your location.

  • Q: Can i pay with wire transfer?

    • A: We accept wire transfers for large orders.

  • Q: What happens when i go over my bandwidth allotment?

    • A: Your account will become inactive which means you won't be able to use proxies but you can still buy more bandwidth or switch to a different package from your user panel.

  • Q: Can you prepare a custom proxy package for me?

    • A: Let us know what you need and we'll tell you if we can deliver.

  • Q: Will your proxies work with facebook,youtube,craigslist...?

    • A: There is a chance they may not work because someone abused it before. However if you find your proxybonanza.com account unusable we will refund your payment in full. Just let us know up to 7 days after opening your account.

  • Q: What is the password and login for proxy authentication?

    • A: It is the same as your login and password for proxybonanza.com user panel.

  • Q: Are your IPs recognized by proxy testers as proxies?

    • A: As far as we can tell they are not recognized. However if you find one that recognizes them as proxies please let us know.

  • Q: How often do you change your proxy list?

    • A: Our proxy list doesn't change too often. We may change it every few months.

  • Q: What payment methods are available?

    • A: Currently we only accept paypal payments (verified accounts only)
